Bill Reese has been with CFM since its inception in 1988.  He has over 30 years of combined experience as an operating and supervising chief engineer.  He has served over 25 of those years in a supervisory capacity.  Bill is licensed in both Maryland and the District of Columbia as a  Class I Unlimited Power Engineering License. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Virginia, and a Certified Inspector (#871) for the National Association of Elevator and Safety Authorities (N.A.E.S.A.).  Bill is responsible for developing maintenance, preventive maintenance, energy conservation and engineering maintenance programs for communities under our management umbrella.  Additionally, Bill provides construction management for major projects, coordinates the gas aggregation program, and conducts energy and utility audits for our communities.
