(A)       Board. "Board" or "Board of Directors" shall mean the Board of Directors of the Association.

(B)       Management Agent. “Agent” shall mean CFM Management Services.

(C)       Community Manager.  “Community Manager” shall mean that person, employed by the Association, responsible for carrying out the provisions of the Management Agreement.

(D)       Board Representative. "Board Representative" shall mean the Association's President or acting President or any other member of the Board who is authorized by the Board to act as liaison with the Agent.

(E)       Committee.  "Committee" shall mean any standing or ad hoc group of individuals duly appointed in accordance with the Association Bylaws.

(F)       Assessments.  “Assessments” shall mean those monthly or other fees or rates established by the Association that the Owners are obligated to pay as their share of the expenses of the Association.  These include, but are not limited to regular and special assessments, maintenance/service fees, interest, late and legal fees.

(G)       Officers. "Officers" shall mean the Association’s President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and any other officer of the Association.

(H)                 Owner or Member. “Owner or Member” shall mean any individual or group who owns, in whole or in part, a unit in the Property.

(I)        Property. “Property” shall mean the residential and professional units and common elements (including commercial space, if any), known as Woodlake Towers Condominium.

(J)       Resident.  “Resident” shall mean any individual who lawfully occupies a residential or professional unit in the Property.

(K)       Unit. "Unit" shall refer to a residential, professional or garage space Property within the Property.

(K)      General Manager. "General Manager" shall refer to that person, employed by the Agent, responsible for carrying out on the Property the provisions of this Agreement.
