Ellen Linder joined CFM Management Services as a Senior Vice President and Partner in 1998. For over ten years, Ellen was Senior Vice President for management and administration of one of the county's largest community management companies.  She is a partner in Premiere Services, Inc., a CFM affiliated companies. Ellen has been actively involved in community management for over twenty years. She has extensive experience in condominium and cooperative housing communities; condominium conversions; limited equity cooperatives; rental properties, both conventional and assisted/subsidized; tax credit development; construction and rehabilitation management.  Ellen is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and is a candidate for the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.  She is a member of the Community Associations Institute, Property Management Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, Apartment and Office Building Association, and maintains real estate licenses in both Maryland and Florida.
