Frank Ward has been working in the community association industry since 1977.  Frank has worked to successfully convert several communities from rental communities to condominium communities.  Frank specializes in working with large communities with complicated central plant systems.  Frank works closely with the boards of his client communities to provide quality services and improved communications.  In the past thirty years he has overseen many large capital improvement projects and successfully coordinated the various trades to ensure a smooth project.
