Jeff Bridges has been actively involved in the management of common interest communities in the Washington and Baltimore Metropolitan Areas for more than twenty years. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland. He earned his CMCA designation and is currently pursuing his AMS designation. He has acquired significant expertise in budgeting, reserve planning, employee relations and project management. Over the past twenty years he has overseen many large capital improvement projects which involved the coordination of multiple trades to ensure successful completion. In addition to his experience as a property manager, Jeff served for three years as president of a 522-unit condominium in Montgomery County, Maryland. |
