Katie Allardyce has over twenty-five years of management and training experience, twenty-one years of which has been spent working with the principals of CFM Management in residential community management, training and marketing.  She has been involved with several premiere communities in the area, and has been instrumental in the development and expansion of quality services and education for community associations. Under Katie's leadership, her communities have been awarded several local and national CAI awards for excellence.  In her capacity as the Senior Vice President, Katie provides the marketing for CFM, coordinates the management audits for new communities, develops and organizes the education programs for our communities, and handles the transition of all communities into CFM.  Katie develops and implements the monthly managers' educational programs, as well as extensive training manuals and customized programs for managers and the leadership of our communities. Katie currently serves on the National NBC-CAM Board of Directors and served six years on the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of CAI's Board. She served five years on the executive committee and was the Chapter President in 2001. Katie is a past Chair of the CAI National Managers Committee and Education Committee.  Katie is a member of the CAI National Faculty, teaching the M-100, M-202 and PCAM Case Study nationally, and the ABC's of Association Leadership locally .  She is a frequent speaker at industry-related programs and author for several industry publications.  Katie has earned her PCAM, AMS  designations from the Community Associations Institute, her CMCA designation from NBC-CAM and is a member of both CAI and PMA.  Katie recently received the National CAI Volunteer of the Year Award for outstanding service to the Community Associations Institute.  Katie has also received the National CAI's Rising Star Award for outstanding service to the Institute, and the Chapter Educator of the Year Award.
