Mark Newby has over thirty years of experience encompassing the development and operation of virtual every type of real estate entity.  Over a period of more than ten years Mark served on the Board of Directors of a 199 unit condominium and has filled the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary at various intervals; in addition he has served on the CAI Maryland Legislative Action Committee.

Mark possesses extensive experience in asset management which included operational oversight of a compilation of retail, condominium, residential and mixed use profit centers with a value in excess of $30 million dollars and annual income in excess of $3.25 million.  In addition, he has developed and implemented management programs for large scale shopping centers, industrial and residential enterprises. 

Mark earned his CMCA® designation in 2002 and AMS™ designation in 2003 and has been licensed as a Real Estate Agent since 2004
