Mike Maloney has been actively involved in the management of common interest communities in the Washington Metropolitan Area for the past twenty years.  He has earned his AMSÒ designation and is pursuing his PCAMÒ designation.   Mike has served on the budget committee for CAI, and is presently serving on the Maryland Legislative Action Committee.  He has acquired significant expertise in budgeting, contract specification and bidding, and personnel training and management.  Mike has been involved in a number of major renovation projects and has excellent knowledge of construction requirements and practices.   Mike was recently appointed by Montgomery County Executive Duncan and served two three (3) year terms as a Commissioner on the Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities.
