PORTFOLIO COMMUNITY MANAGERS
Portfolio Community Managers are the primary contact with Boards of Directors, Homeowners, On-site staff and private contractors serving the association. CFM Community Managers handle reasonable portfolios of five full service clients.  This active position includes the general oversight of the operations and maintenance of the client associations within his/her portfolio, inspecting the assigned communities on a monthly basis, solicitation of bids, preparation for and attending board meetings (usually in the evening), presentation of all financials, correspondence, monitoring work, working hand-in-hand with the on-site manager.

ON-SITE GENERAL MANAGERS
On-site General Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of the community.  The General Managers have daily contact with the Boards of Directors, Homeowners, and private contractors serving the association. General Managers create and type all correspondence, handle homeowners calls, assign work orders, solicit bids, process design review requests, handle notices and violations, all working hand-in-hand with the assigned Community Manager. Professional community association experience and designations are required.  Competent computer skills and knowledge of the following programs would be helpful: Microsoft Word, Excel. Due to the high volume of correspondence it is necessary to have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in written forms.

ACCOUNTANT/BOOKKEEPER
Accountant/Bookkeepers provide full accounting services to a number of assigned associations. This includes general ledger accountants, accounts receivable and accounts payable clerks, who have interaction with title companies, on-site managers and homeowners, maintenance of checking/savings accounts, production of modified-accrual financial reports, follow up on delinquent accounts, and interaction with CPA's during audits and reviews.

CLERICAL
There are number of different types of clerical positions. Some are clerical, involving: filing, routing, copying, and processing of mail/faxes in and out. Some are secretarial: receptionists, typing, processing of mailings, and other related functions. All of which require a competent and cheerful attitude.

MAINTENANCE
Maintenance positions can require many different types of skills, from simple issues (e.g. changing out door locks) to more experienced issues (e.g. HVAC). Some positions require highly skilled individuals and while others require mild maintenance skills. Just as diversified as maintenance skills are, so is the skill knowledge required by this position.
