The principals of CFM Management Services have long recognized that a comfortable work environment and the proper tools are essential to the success of our people, our company and, therefore, our clients. Our standard work week is 35 hours, ending at Noon on Friday. Work hours are flexible, meeting the needs of the employee within the confines of performing the required services. Required evening meetings are compensated by additional flexibility or time off. We make every effort to provide our people with the tools and technologies that make their jobs, and their services, more efficient and capable for us, our clients, and our clients' constituents. Most important, we have found that people who can work together toward shared goals are more satisfied and more efficient.
