| Peggy Zandler's twenty-three years of successful experience managing large prestigious community associations in the Washington Metropolitan Area has earned her the recognition and respect of her peers. She has managed both the Montebello Condominium in Alexandria and The Rotonda Condominium in McLean. These communities of over a thousand units have staffs of more than 60 persons and annual operating budgets in excess of three million dollars. Two of Peggy's communities have won national recognition by CAI for their excellence as Community Associations of the Year.
Peggy is currently finishing the final requirement for CAI's PCAM designation. She is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in business management and a member of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of CAI and the Property Management Association.
Peggy has served as a WMCCAI committee chair for several years, is a member of the WMCCAI Hall of Fame and is the recent recipient of the prestigious President's Award. |
