Senior Maintenance Supervisor/O.S.H.A. Trainer

Win Houdeshell, as Senior Maintenance Supervisor and Inspector in the CFM/Premiere maintenance department, will assist the team leader and Community Association Manager. He will assist Bill Reese and the Community Association Manager in the annual budgeting, capital needs and long range planning.  Some of his responsibilities include performing property inspections; O.S.H.A compliance administration; development of written safety programs; general contractor oversight; and insurance of compliance with O.S.H.A and environmental regulations.
